The services are open if changes in opening hours have not been posted separately. The majority of Siun Sote offices are only open on weekdays. On public holidays, most of our offices are closed.

Health stations

When your local health station is closed, you can use any of the health stations of Siun sote. You can also book an appointment online at verkkoajanvarauspth.siunsote.fi. verkkoajanvarauspth.siunsote.fi (in Finnish).

The following health stations are closed 3 – 9 March 2025. The following health stations do not have appointments with nurse, doctor or physiotherapist. The location of the nearest health station is in parentheses.

Contact information: Health stations and emergency care

The nurse at the health station will answer the phone and assess the need for treatment. The nurse will give the required care instructions and tell you what to do. The range of services available in the online appointment booking service varies by health station, so if you cannot find the appointment you need, make an appointment by phone by calling the health centre.

Physiotherapy 

The centralised telephone service for physiotherapy is available at +358 (0)13 330 2601. You can also book an appointment online at verkkoajanvarauspth.siunsote.fi. 

Mental health and substance abuse services

Scheduled appointments will take place as planned, but otherwise, mental health and substance abuse services will operate remotely or remain closed while the health station is closed. The centralised call service at +358 (0)13 330 2145 is open on weekdays from 8 am to 3.30 pm. 

Islab and Siun sote sampling points

You can book an appointment for open offices via the electronic appointment booking service at www.islab.fi or by phone at the appointment number +358 (0)44 717 8888 on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., the call-back service is in use between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. The operator charges a normal telephone charge for the call.

When your local dental clinic is closed, you can use any of the dental clinics of Siun sote.

Maternity and child health clinics

During 3–9 March 2025, maternal and child health clinics will primarily serve pregnant women and children up to 18 months of age. The centralized phone service for the clinics is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 at 013 330 2841.
