ilppa is a notification service.
As an operator, you can submit the following matters subject to food and health protection control
• notifications
• bulletins
• applications
• operator registration in accordance with the Cybersecurity Act
You can also view your own register data as an operator.
As a consumer, you can submit reports of illness or other reactions you suspect have been caused by
• food
• domestic water
• swimming water
in case of suspected food poisoning, for example.
As a consumer, you can also report a harm you have noticed in
• food
• domestic water
• swimming water
The processing of notifications, bulletins and applications is carried out by the environmental health care authority in the municipality of the operator or the consumer.
Operator registration in accordance with the Cybersecurity Act is processed by the Finnish Food Authority.
