You can cancel appointments with a doctor or nurse by text message. This text message service cannot be used for any other matters.
Please cancel no later than the day before the appointment. Cancellations are processed Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. It is not possible to call this number.

The appointment is cancelled once you receive a confirmation message.

Instructions
Send a text message including the following details of the person whose appointment is being cancelled:- Full name (all given names and surname)
- Date of birth (without the final part of the personal identity code)
- Date and time of the appointment
- The health station where the appointment was booked
